Now that it is rather over a year since my GP refered me to you and following a recent check that all is well with my pacemaker. I felt I could no longer delay writing to express my belated thanks to you and your staff for all the care I have received.
My wife and I particularly remember the time that you patiently gave us for a very full discussion of your diagnosis and proposed treatment. This served not only to inform us but more valuably to reduce our anxiety. In what perhaps may have become for you somewhat routine, it was clearly evident that you saw its importance to us in territory where we lacked any experience.
..... I wish also to extend this appreciation of the care to satisfy my concerns to the pre and post operation attension by other staff............
